This all depends on what you are trying to store.  Our chart under Sizes, Rates and Availability will give you an idea of what you might need.  For example the most common size is a 10x10 unit which fits 2 to 3 rooms of furniture and boxes while a 10x20 will fit a 2 to 3 room apartment.  You can see the other sizes by clicking “Sizes, Rates, and Availability”.

Gate access is 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.  If you need earlier or later access just let our manager know and he will accommodate you.  We are closed New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Our office is open from Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.  We are closed for lunch from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Our leases are month to month.  You need to vacate the unit by the last day of the month to avoid a full month rent charge.

We offer a $1.00 move-in special for the first month.  You must stay at least one additional month.  We also offer pay 2 months and get 2 months for free on certain units.  These specials are for new tenants only.  We are very thankful to our military and offer any current or past military person a 10% discount.  You must prove military service.   We also offer special rates on certain units.  Check our link “Sizes, Rates, and Availability” (make link) for current unit special.  Units change daily so it is best to call our office at (951) 849-1102 to check on availability.

Yes, we offer several forms of payment.  Automatic Payment which is billed on the 1st of each month.  Pay On Line from our website menu.  Kiosk outside our offices which takes cash, checks and credit cards.  And by calling our office at (951) 849-1102.
